What is a sensitivity?

Sensitivities are reactions to food or non-food items that trigger non-immune responses, often due to enzyme deficiencies or reactions to additives and preservatives.

Sensitivities include all those reactions to food and non-food items that can activate a non-immune mediated response. Instead, they can be caused by not having the right enzymes you need to digest certain foods or a reaction to food additives or preservatives.
